Accreditation/qualification...
On successful completion of the course you will receive a Diploma in Coaching from the UK Coaching Partnership Ltd, meaning you can coach professionally as soon as you pass. We assess our students in 4 ways throughout their Diploma:
- we hold 3-way tele-sessions with volunteer coachees where we give feedback, encouragement and support to the student
- we ask students to give their own feedback on their practice coaching sessions, so we can see their progress and chart their learning curve
- students are examined at the end of the course with a face-to-face exam and a telephone exam
- plus our external examiner, an experienced professional coach, also marks their written work.
The UK Coaching Partnership is accredited by the National Open College Network (OCN), you get 6 credits at level 3 and we're recognised as a professional training provider by the Association for Coaching (AoC)
