- 3 monitored 3-way telephone practice sessions between weekends 2,3 & 4 plus tutor feedback / encouragement
- An individual progress session on one of the Sunday mornings before we start teaching
- Access to Meg and Lynette between weekends by e-mail or scheduled phone calls / discounted additional coaching sessions if the student requires
