Why not train your staff to be qualified coaches?
Once they're qualified (usually between the end of the course and up to 6 months afterwards, depending on their available study time), you'll be able to incorporate coaching into your existing business. You could:
- start a brand new arm of your company to include coaching (coaches usually hire out at between £200 a session and £1,000 a day)
- offer your staff internal coaching with a trusted member of their team (this reduces conflict in the workplace, stress, deals with negativity, manages change brilliantly and boosts personal development and productivity) plus you'll be saving up to £1,000 a day on external coaches.
